Class of 1967 Reunion
September 30, 2017
3 months and 20 days since
our Reunion.

 "Don't cry because it's over.

  Smile because it happened."

                                  - Dr. Seuss

And we can't stop smiling! Our 50th high school class reunion was simply the best ever, from the impromptu gathering of a few classmates on Main Street following Friday afternoon's Homecoming parade to the last cup of coffee drunk at the Country Kitchen on Sunday morning. The weekend was full to the brim. Many came out for the Friday night get-together at Al and Nancy Thompson's country home, a few toured the "new" high school on Saturday morning, more gathered at the local sports bar on Saturday afternoon and then all partied at the reunion dinner held at Hamilton Hall on Saturday night. Happy faces and hugs were shared all around. It was wonderful to catch up on your lives. And, for some, it was the first time we've seen you in fifty years!! All together, over 60% of our remaining class members attended the festivities. That is terrific! Thank you, thank you, thank you for coming!

We think the Blue Earth High School class of 1967 is one very special group of people.  For those of you who were unable to attend, know that you were truly missed.  We look forward to the time when we can do this again. Until then, dear classmates, be safe and love life.
